After installing Windows 10 i've been experiencing some issues with my laptop. I hoped that after a couple of months Microsoft would have fixed it, with some sort of update, because others also had similar problems. But it didn't.I did not only lose the fn (hotkey) function, but also graphics. Watching videos from the net (except for youtube) sometimes shows a green screen. My laptop also did get slower (significantly), with minor tasks. Like opening a folder, or if I want to upload/submita text file (for school) and then click the option 'browse from pc' the LP almost crashes.Help. Thank your for your reply but,It did not help me very much.1 (Simply launch it from Start Settings Update and Recovery and click Check for Updates)I did not see much details as shown in the picture (with LAN and all that), it just installed/ updated 2 things (1 of them was windows defender).

When i restarted ( I had to restart) the laptop was in some sort of restarting loop, it could not find windows10, do you want to repair, advanced options, thing like that. After numerous restarts i could finally open windows. To proceed to step 2.2 only i dont have the 'other devices option'About your second suggestion: (Also for the missing ACPI driver error)Its about the update to windows 8? I had a factory installed windows 7 (lost the recovery compartment by accident) then installed windows 10.
Now I cannot go back.Could you further help me,P.S. Its a bit irritating that someone should be a technerd just to have a working OS. Guess I should have know that when it is for free you should not expect so much.
